Category Buyer – Permanent – Wiltshire – c£35k
Category Buyer required to join a leading business based in Wiltshire.
Reporting to the Category Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement of subcontracts.
Duties will include negotiating supplier contracts, managing supplier approvals, establishing goods and services frameworks, sub-contract management, minimising the supply base whilst ensuring value for money and ensuring compliance with the supply chain management policy.
Suitable applicants will be CIPS qualified or equivelant and have proven procurement experience and ideally the ability to manage the tendering process.
