GTM Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager- £34,000-37,000 per annum- London Paddington- 18 Month contract

My Client has released an exciting opportunity to join their team in London Paddington as a GTM Digital Store Marketing Manager to create, drive and execute Marketing projects and programs at an EMEA wide level, and support the sales and marketing execution plans created by local and regional Online Managers and Merchandising teams.

Responsibilities include:
Drive the Store roadmap & key beats for the year across devices & digital products
Partner with regional and HQ online teams on targets, & execution plans
Track and manage a comprehensive marketing project calendar for the region
Publish and analyse sales and marketing performance reports
Capture feedback and make recommendations to improve program execution
Consolidate and document learning and best practices throughout the fiscal year
Provide access to resources, assets and content for Store field

Key calendar beats Product Launches, Holiday, Seasonal Sales, Events….
Map out key timelines for launches & identify key bets, plan A, plan B, plan C strategy
Align all PMs in market to the roadmap, and support rollout & execution (acknowledge local market nuance)
Ensure that key stakeholders & Store partners have visibility on Store Beat plans & GTM strategy
Traffic driving plan drive an optimised customer journey from maximum sources to conversion
Consolidate post-campaign market & category feedback & results
Traffic driving initiative
Identify gaps & weak points in the Store traffic results
Map out a step by step traffic driving plan with key stakeholders to drive audience to key destinations on Store via key channels Affiliates, SEO, SEM, O&O, CRM
Optimise and understand the key channels driving to Store & how we can leverage opportunities
Align on reporting via new tools to feedback to the business
Monthly call with CSS to assess specific customer feedback
Supporting market presence at key events across EMEA
Leveraging Corp support via CSV codes, and local support via Social streams & in-event stage campaigns

Must have: Online Analytics experience
