IT service centre engineer
Service Centre Manager/ Customer Proof of Delivery- Reading- 18 month contract- £2000 per month Ltd/Umbrella
Our client are a large tech giant who are looking for a Service Centre Delivery Specialist to deliver high quality service(s) and assist with defining as well as identifying continuous improvements of service definitions, workflow processes and appropriate on boarding and support of delivery specialists.
The Customer Proof of Delivery Role in the Service Center is a local Service that we provide to the UK business to support out internal account managers. This role will involve running Customer Proof of Delivery Reports that we are legally required to provide to our customers every 3 months.
The role will be running and uploading these reports, but also maintaining the SharePoint tool in which they are stored. There will also be a requirement to provide some of our other secure services when required, such as our billing service (Axis Request Decrement) and completing some of our Secure Ticket requests from account managers
Typical Day in the Role;
A typical day in this role would be reviewing the daily reports to be sent out for a group of account managers, and checking the status of the reports coming up. The candidate will also attend daily triage calls to support the wider team, including 2 members from Romania. They will support the whole team in completing CPODs if the other team members need support with their allocation of reports to run. They will also complete some Axis billing requests from our billing tool, to ensure the account managers have billed the customers correctly. If there are any secure tickets in the request tool, they may be requested to complete some actions for those too but these requests don’t appear on a daily basis.
