Records and Archive Manager

Records & Archive Manager – Permanent – Swindon – £49k to £53k plus Car & Bonus

Records and Archive Manager required to join a leading business based in Swindon. Working as part of the Business Support Team you will be responsible for collating and managing a large amount of records across the whole business.

Duties will include the management of a team member, ensuring disposal of records, leading retrieval activity, managing the archive log and leading the transfer of records to a new document systems.

Suitable applicants will have proven experience of managing complex record centralisation, experience in writing and managing company policies and confidence in influencing various levels of stakeholders.
